As with the standard Hyper-G, this round version is medium firm and offers impressive tension maintenance for a poly-based monofilament. According to Solinco, it is designed to increase court penetration, making it great for aggressive players who like driving the ball through the court. It also has a low-friction surface, which not only protects against frictional wear (think durability), but also increases snapback for more vicious ball rotation. According to our TW playtesters, this thin version of Hyper-G Round makes a great cross when paired with standard Hyper-G (think spin).
